The arrows pointing to just some of the tools available to help compose emails that can express your feelings and your artistic side.WikMail lets you get creative when sending emails. This Message Editor is packed full of available features that will assist you in composing an email that will stand out and grab the attention of the receiver. Send a Voice Message in your EMail
The embedded Voice Recorder has been opened in this screenshot ready to record a message and insert straight into your email. It is so easy to attach a quick piece of your own voice. You may want to make a quick remark or sing "Happy Birthday", as long as you make a little plan before hand it will be a huge success. It is as simple as Record, Stop, Add to Message but you might like to listen to it first by selecting Play before adding the recording to your message.
Tip: Before recording your voice message, make a little script on a notepad by your PC so that you will record your message with confidence and have no "pregnant pauses".
Inserting Images in Your Message
You can insert images from your computer direct into your message. In the screenshot below you will see a tab (circled in red) intitled 'Images Disk'. Clicking on this tab brings thumbnails of images from your Images folder, in your Hard Drive, into the message area for selection. Simply double click on the thumbnail of your choice and it will appear in your email were you last had the cursor. Tip You might find it handy to have a folder, named perhaps, 'Pics for Emails' in the images area on your computer. I suggest this because your photos or graphics may not always be optimized and be rather large in size to fit in your email message. By creating a special folder you can resize photos and graphics and have them ready for insertion in your mails.
